The standard warranty provides free depot repair of defective or faulty hardware, and claims are subject to the warranty terms and conditions. Standard repair lead times apply unless the customer is also covered by additional services which say otherwise.

Vaisala also offers extended warranty, for up to 5 years. An extended 5-year warranty ensures the hardware is quickly repaired or replaced, guaranteeing system performance and eliminating potential delays caused by repair/replacement quotation and approval procedures.
Warranties are available for new or previously purchased Vaisala products, though previously purchased products may require a baseline calibration.
